"Once again, I would like to extend a huge thanks to you and your team for hosting and sponsoring our Annual General Meeting and Reception. The venue was perfect and your staff as ever efficient, helpful and courteous. We were particularly impressed by the speed of reaction to the awards event finishing half an hour earlier, which meant the food and drinks not being quite ready. But your staff and kitchen got things out very quickly and there really were not any problems.
