"My event for our very key Italian clients went very smoothly and all of my internal clients were very impressed with the quality of the hotel and the service provided by Hannah and her team. For me the concierge desk and your lovely doorman were also fantastic. I know my event was small in terms of what you provide but to me it was one of the most important I have run this year, it has also been the most enjoyable and that in part is due to you and your teams".

The serving staff were helpful and courteous, as was the management support....and the food was particularly good. I have to say in 11 years running these Awards, the food was as good as it gets and the overall event must be regarded as one of our best yet.
