STARPRO rates are for the exclusive use of travel agents/travel professionals and are not for booking family members, friends or clients. Reservations for the STARPRO rate must be made via starwoodpro.com and are for a minimum of 1 (one) night and have no maximum length of stay. One room can be booked at the STARPRO rate, second and third rooms for accompanying travelers who are not travel professionals but who are accompanying a travel professional will be charged the Best Rate of the day. Rates will be shown in US Dollars or local currency. At the time of hotel check-in, travel agents and travel professionals must present appropriate agent identification (IATAN; ARC; IATA; CLIA credentials must be produced or the Starwood Approved Preferred Partner Form). If the appropriate credentials cannot be presented at check-in, then the best rate of the day will be charged. If the rate is found to be used for bookings other than for the sole use of the Travel Professional, Starwood reserves the right to revoke access to the rates for the entire agency. STARPRO is designed to afford Travel Professionals with the ability to familiarize themselves with our hotels and resorts. Travel Professionals can visit a property more than once, however repeated trips to the same property will be limited, and if identified the rate may be adjusted to the Best Rate of the day.
