Stephen is a ten-year Starwood veteran and is currently overseeing the multi-million pound renovation of the iconic Turnberry resort. It re-opens in July under the Luxury Collection brand. For the last three years, Stephen has taken a nimble, flexible approach to the MICE strategy in the UK & Ireland, providing a clear focus in a challenging marketplace. His tenure has seen the revamp of customer events, a new commission structure and an updated team structure.
