Penny Carter - Director of MICE Sales, UK&Ireland
Promoted to head up the MICE team in the summer of 2007, Penny manages the key agency accounts for the UK and Ireland hotels. A key member of the team since 2002, she was previously Regional Account Director and Regional Account Manager; Penny began her career with Forte.

Not content with running a half marathon a few years back, Penny has also just embarked on a new pastime - trampolining for adults. About to take her second term of evening classes, she hopes to reach the dizzy heights of a front summersault soon. When not taking part in daredevil activities, she is becoming reacquainted with the kitchen and enjoys trying out new recipes whenever she can.
