Welcome to our first edition of Meeting Matters for 2010. We hope you had a great festive period and, like us, are excited about the year ahead. We'd like to thank you for all your support in 2009 and we look forward to helping you meet the needs of your clients over the coming months.

To kick start the year, we are delighted to include details of a substantial refurbishment at Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh. Taking place over the next few months, the work will transform all of the hotel's bedrooms, with beautiful contemporary decor, fabrics and stunning new bathrooms. We have also included exciting details on a new dining initiative at Turnberry, as well as some great DDR rates from Paris.

So here's to 2010. And in the first quarter, we're going to be rewarding our top booking agent with a special thank you. We'll keep you in suspense about what it is for a little longer. All we can say is, watch this space!
